Client appointments:
New lash/brow clients please arrive 5 minutes early to fill out the client indemnity form. Please no extra people.
Late Arrivals
Unfortunately sometimes traffic slows us down.Please leave early and book a time that allows you to be on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, you will be considered a no - show and a fee will be charged.
Chances are, if you are 10 min late, i could fit you into my scheduled quest time, so your appointment will end at scheduled time. Please plan accordingly and leae early to arrive on time as i book back to back clients.
No Shows:
If you decide to forgo your scheduled appointment or you are 10 min late you are considered a no - show. This will result in a fee charged to your card on file. If you are a repeat no-show you will be required to pay in full before scheduling future appointments.

I am located in a private suite. To ensure privacy and safety of my quests i do not allow walk ins. Due to covid-19 please wait in the reception on 4th floor and text upon arrival 347-246-5901.
Cancellations
I understand life happens I do ask you to give 24 hour notice for all cancellations or rescheduled appointments or you will be charged a fee. If you no show you will be required to pay in full before rescheduling. Please cancel if you have any symptoms of being sick.
Payment:
I gladly accept cash, venmo and credit cards. I do not accept checks.
For the safety and comfort of all clients and staff, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
